Anna Faris Workout Pilates Secrets

The Anna Faris workout consisted mostly of using Pilates and an exercise ball to target her stomach and abs.

By the way, a typical Playboy centerfold model weighs approximately 115 pounds and stands approximately 5’6″ tall. Of course, after all the hard work Ms. Faris did not utilize a body double for the nude shots in the film.

This is not the first time that she has been singled out for her attractive looks and her incredible body. She was rated number 57, in Maxim’s hot 100 in 2004 and again voted number 44 in 2011 on the Maxim list of the hottest 100 women.

Not only is she funny she is also one of the hottest young actresses in Hollywood.

In addition to being the lead actress in this film, she was also the executive producer of the film (although she feels that she lost some of her “credibility” by being naked in front of the whole crew.)

She commented that she was mostly fake in the film.

She had a fake tan, fake hair, and a fake chest. She commented that like many other Hollywood celebrities… she prefers a pair jeans and a t-shirt… and definitely no strict diets.

In fact, she dislikes dieting so much …. that after filming she put back on the 10 pounds that she had lost. By no means is she overweight… even with the extra 10 pounds back on she is still a Hollywood Hottie.
