Zumba Music – Just FEEL The Music

It’s All In The ZUMBA® Music

If you have never taken ZUMBA® classes then you know that what makes the class fun is the ZUMBA® music. What sets ZUMBA® apart from any other aerobic dance workout is that it uses primarily Latin style of music.

However, the instructors do have the freedom to utilize any other style of music that they wish. That’s what’s great about ZUMBA® Fitness!

Many other aerobic dance classes stick to the same old songs and playlists. In a typical ZUMBA® class the instructor may incorporate music from Belly Dancing, Calypso, Hip-Hop, Swing, Country Western, the Charleston, and even popular tunes. Jazz, tango or contemporary music is many times used for the cooldown. Most instructors create their own playlists, and I am no different.
