Besides everyone has their own personal favorites when it comes to fitness bra tops, accessories, products and fitness clothes in general.
Dance Fitness Clothing – What to Wear to Class
Here on this page are some of my favorite ZUMBA® apparel that I personally wear in all my classes.
One last thing, I see many of my existing customers wearing just any old clothes to their class.
I used to do the same thing myself however, what I discovered was that when I have clothing that is not only comfortable to exercise in and that I look good in, I enjoy my aerobic exercise even more!
Recent studies suggest that you are more apt to continue your exercise program if you have the proper exercise apparel and are happy with the way you look in your exercise clothes. In fact, your performance goes up and you actually will look more fashionable. Having activewear that is flattering increases your motivation and desire.
Besides its all about having fun.
So take a little time and find the right Cargo Pants, tank tops and other apparel to maximize your experience.
Sexy ZUMBA® Cargo Pants With Logo
It is important to have comfortable pants that move with you.
Workout clothing that restricts your movement is not advised for this type of exercise. You need to have exercise clothing that moves with you and helps absorb sweat.
These should also be made of a breathable fabric. A newer fabric out today is Supplex®.
Make sure that the outfits you choose are comfortable.
Supplex or Cotton?
Supplex® is a fully breathable fabric that is soft and feels like cotton but made to stretch with you and go right back into place time after time. This fabric does not pill either.
This material also keeps its color very well… wash after wash and dries quicker than cotton. This is one type of exercise clothing fabric I recommend. Another good fabric I really like is Dri Fit®.
Dri Fit is a line of clothes that are well suited for men. The clothes provide you with a great deal of movement without chafing. This material works better than cotton and that absorbs the sweat and moves away from your body. As a result, it keeps you cool and dry.
In my opinion, Supplex also holds it's shape well and keeps moisture away from your body. Another option is the very hip and very popular cargo pants that you see many of the instructors wear on the Zumba® DVDs .
They are available in a tremendous array of vibrant colors and sizes and styles.
The "hipster" style has a little narrower leg and a shorter rise. They also carry plus size workout clothing.
You also want to carefully consider what type of shoes or sneakers you where to your Zumba class. You may also want to consider reading this article about Zumba dance shoes.

Most of the outfits are available in plus sizes.
So, if you are starting out and still need to lose a few pounds – don't fret – you can still look fashionable in your Zumba clothing.

ZUMBA® Cargo Pants
I tried Zumba at the local Y and loved it. I paid $50.00 dollars for a membership to the Y just so I could do Zumba. The problem is, I am a breast cancer survivor for 12 years now and have saline implants from reconstruction done 12 years ago. Each time I tired the Zumba class I hurt my chest so bad that I could not move the next day. I tried this 3 times with different support. Nothing worked. Can you please help me to find the right support so that I can continue Zumba. This is a world wide franchise. I cannot believe that I am the only person with implants to ask this question and if so it is in your best interest to find a solution. Thanks so much and thanks for Zumba. In my area on the east coast it is cold and people don't get out in the cold months. Some 70 women pack the y three nights a week to Zumba. Most are obese, so it really touches me to see it and be a part of it again " hopefully"

I am absolutely hooked on Zumba its the most fun way of getting fit that I have ever tried last week I went 4 times and lost 4lbs in weight in combination with watching what I ate and drank. My problem is I want to buy some T Shirts for Zumba you know something like you ladies can buy I want to look good at class Zumba was invented by a man so how come I cant find anywhere that sells Zumba clothes for men!!!

where can i find zumba t-shirts that say instructor on the back?
I love Zumba, but finding tops that fit me is a challenge. I do not fit into a Zumba womens XXL shirt and am a DDD. Very tough to find anything other than a plain old t-shirt out there for the chesty. However, Under Armor carries some great supportive bras for those a D to about a DDD (one front zip and one pullover head style). If anyone has a source for comfortable and fashionable tops for those of us who are chesty please share.

I started zumba about 6 weeks ago and LOVE IT. I have never been into working out at all…NOT ANY MORE. Whats not to like about Zumba..great music, great people & a fab cardio workout. I bought the Nike Musique dance shoes and they are the BEST! Best of luck! Join the party!

zumba is so much fun for ALL ages. Im 17 and ive tried so many different workouts and this is has been all around me all the time,and finally they had classes like 10 mins away where i live,i have a awsome time everytime!
