I’m really inspired together with your writing abilities as well as with the structure on your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you modify it yourself? Either way keep up the nice quality writing, it’s rare to peer a nice weblog like this one nowadays..

I’ve read all this information, but no real answer about how many calories burned. There has to be a way to estimate calories burned with levels of intensities, like: light effort, moderate effort, and vigorous effort. I am on My Fitness Pal and we enter calories in and calories out. There is every kind of exercise you can think of on their database……….except ZUMBA and that surprises me! Maybe that’s bc no one knows the calories they are burning. We shouldn’t have to buy a watch for cardio output. There needs to be an estimate……its not life and death for any of us……we just want to be able to enter appx calories burned with levels of intensity. I swim instead of doing ZUMBA bc I can add calories burned. If I do ZUMBA, there is no estimation and nothing I can compare it with either. I think more people would want to do ZUMBA if they can enter their calories burned on the program they use…..like My Fitness Plan, Livestrong, or whatever. Please, please work on this for all of us…..we need it!!!!! Thank you in advance for your time.
