As a certified personal trainer and Zumba instructor I give my customers that “Slight Edge” to get the results they want. Exercising as you probably know is not enough. To reshape your body you must have the right nutrition program to go along with it. That’s the slight edge I am talking about.

i would love to buy a video with the starter course and advance course. i went to wal-mart and they don’t have anything. can you please HELP me? my insurance won’t cover me going to a fitness center to take the classes.
